Goodkind can send messages via WhatsApp to your contacts. Goodkind automatically looks up if a contact has a WhatsApp number, and will deliver your message via WhatsApp unless you opted for that contact to receive the message via SMS.
Although Goodkind works with WhatsApp on your behalf, WhatsApp ultimately approves or rejects the request to create your Business account.
π‘ Note: The creation and approval of your WhatsApp business account can take anywhere between 3 to 6 weeks. Goodkind has no influence on this process.
Step 1:
Please share the following information with your Success Manager:
Logo.
Email ID of admin who has access to your Meta Business Manager account.
Step 2:
Once you have shared those details, you will receive a request in your Meta Business Manager account asking you to grant approval for "Twilio" to send messages on your behalf. This request can take up to 5-7 business days.
Step 3:
Goodkind will 'Agree' to the WhatsApp Client conditions on your behalf.
Step 4:
To make sure you have high WhatsApp sending limits, Meta requires that your Business Manager account needs to be verified.
It is critical that this step is completed by the same admin who's email was shared with Goodkind in step 1. Also make sure that this page is complete: (business.facebook.com/settings/info after submitting for verification.

Step 5:
Once your Account is approved, your Success Manager will share a sample of WhatsApp templates. WhatsApp requires that all sent messages are approved in advance (i.e., pre-written templates).
Any and all changes to existing templates or the request for a new template, requires approval from WhatsApp. The template approval process may take up to 3 business days. Please see our WhatsApp template documentation, here.
