Goodkind connects securely with HubSpot via OAuth; a secure authentication system that allows Goodkind to access selected HubSpot account information without storing your passwords.
To begin setting up the connection, we recommend a user that has admin permissions in HubSpot or has permission to connect with third party apps using OAuth.
Let's get connected!
Login into your Goodkind workspace and press Settings (⚙️).
Click on Contact Importing and select the Hubpost v2 icon. Use the credentials of the user that will be used for the connection. This step will prompt you to a HubSpot login screen. Don't worry, Goodkind will not store your HubSpot password!
If you are connected to multiple HubSpot accounts, Hubspot will ask you to pick an account (see image below). Once you grant permission to connect the account, the connection is complete!
What Happens Once the Connection is Established?
Goodkind first syncs the list of static and dynamic contact lists available in HubSpot, which will be reflected in your workspace. We do not pull in actual contact data until a list is connected to a campaign and launched.
