What is it for?

Mapped Audience mirrors your CRM lists. This gives your admins the flexibility to see data exactly as it appears in your CRM. This allows users to create Segments on top of mapped audiences (read more about Segments here) and manage their funnel inside Goodkind.

Mapped audiences are visible inside Goodkind audience and you can see when they were last synced.

How to Create one?

When creating a new campaign, start by bringing the audience first. Go to Audience and start by importing a full list into Goodkind by clicking on "New Audience" button. This ensures your Audience is ready when you are sending out a campaign.

Once the audience is imported into Goodkind, we will sync it as per your Sync frequency. If you want to trigger a sync manually, you can also do that by Click on Sync button on the audience page.

What happens if a list does not exist in my CRM?

If the list no longer exists on your CRM, the report will exist in Goodkind but it won't sync any further.
