What fields does Goodkind need from my CRM?

Lists the data we need to pull in from your CRM to send a video message.

We work on the principle of Least Privileged Access and access your data only on a need to know basis.

We need the following fields to send a video message to a contact

a. First Name

b. Last Name

c. Email Address

d. Phone Number (optional but recommended)

e. CRM ID (optional but recommended)

When using Segmented Audiences inside Goodkind, your team may like to see more field inside Goodkind in order to create segments. in Goodkind (which are in sync with your CRM). In that case, add all the fields your team would like to see when they see a contact on Goodkind.
