Receipts for purchases made in a business account can be found by clicking on the profile icon at the top right-hand corner of the webpage (note: you must be signed in to your account). When the drop down menu appears click on My Account and navigate to the RECEIPTS tab in the menu bar
Note: that you are only charged for gifts that have been accepted.
To make a PDF of the receipt- please follow the directions here.
*Receipts for alcoholic beverage gifts can be found separate from receipts for other gifts you may have sent on your Goody account.
*If your gifts have been sent using a pre-funded account balance as payment - please see directions below on where to find your receipts.
For gifts paid for with a Corporate Account:
Click on "My account" in the top right-hand corner
Scroll down to the "Corporate Account" section (see below)
Click on "See stored value transactions"
For gifts paid for with Balance:
Click on the profile icon at the top right-hand corner of the webpage (note: you must be signed in to your account). When the drop down menu appears click on My Account and navigate to the RECEIPTS tab in the menu bar
Navigate to the section on the page called: BALANCE DEPOSITS
To see further detail on how the funds were used:
Click on the balance icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen
Click on "More"
Toggle to "Transaction Log"
