There are multiple options available to pay for gifts sent on Goody for Business. You can opt to use a credit card which will be charged weekly, as the gifts you send are accepted or you can pre-fund your account with a flat dollar value. When you pre-fund dollars to your account balance, the funds can be used towards an individual gifting event or multiple gifting events over time.
When you send gifts with a pre-funded account balance as payment, the full cost of the gift is held from that balance until it is accepted. If you’d like to free up account balance (from a gift that will not be accepted) to be used towards another gift, you can cancel the original gift.
Note regardless of payment method used, when gifts are swapped for lower priced items, the funds are added to your account balance to be used for a future gifting event.

Please note that unused account balance funds are non-refundable and will expire after one year of balance inactivity on an account. Please see further information within our Enterprise Service Agreement.
