If you'd like to cancel a gift(s) sent on Goody for business, to prevent them from being accepted, please follow the below steps

Click on the TRACK page

Click on the gift batch

Toggle to RECIPIENTS at the top of the page

Click the ACTIONS drop down select CANCEL GIFT
