Which Users Can Make a Front Desk Booking
Any employee with an active account (including administrators, managers, and employees) at your facility can purchase packages from the Admin Portal.
Step 1: Start a New Booking
From the navigation menu on the left side of the Operating System, choose the "New Booking" button. Initially, Boarding is selected, but you'll see the other modules your facility offers as available to select as well.
Step 2: Identify Returning vs New Customer
Before entering in information about the booking, select if this is a new or returning customer:
Returning Customer: Search by the owner's name, phone or email.
New Customer: Select Make a New Customer Reservation to type in required pet owner information.
Step 3: Package Selection and Customer Information
Select the desired package
Enter/confirm the pet owner's information
Step 4: Collect Payment
All payment options available to your facility can be used to purchase packages.
