In this article, you’ll learn how to upload your documents to the Gophr app without waiting for our Fleet team.
Tips:
Make sure your documents are clear and easy to read.
We need to see names, reference numbers, and dates.
If the document is blurry, cut off, or expired, it will slow down your application.
When a document is pending submission
You will see a red indicator next to the Personal Details on your Profile section, so you know you must submit documents/ photo for approval:
How to see the documents that are missing
Go to Personal Details > My Documents > Choose the document type to upload.
You can find Zego insurance under Hire and Reward:

You will be able to select the document type, number and expiry date from there.
Make sure the picture you take is:
Legible, good photo resolution
Not blurry, so we can read your details
Not expired, so it must be a valid document
