Hi Couriers,

πŸ“Œ We’ve noticed that the Wi-Fi calling feature on some Android devices can interfere with the Gophr app, causing it to slow down or occasionally block.

This may affect your ability to receive and complete deliveries efficiently.

To ensure the best app performance:

  • Check if Wi-Fi calling is enabled on your device.

  • If you experience slow performance or missed jobs, we recommend temporarily disabling Wi-Fi calling while using the Gophr app.

  • Make sure your device and app are always updated to the latest version.

πŸ“£ How to Temporarily Disable Wi-Fi Calling on Android

  1. Open Settings

    • Tap the Settings app on your phone.

  2. Go to Connections / Network & Internet

    • Look for Connections, Network & Internet, or SIM & Network depending on your device.

  3. Select Mobile Network / SIM Settings

    • Tap on Mobile Network (or the SIM card you use for calls).

  4. Find Wi-Fi Calling

    • Scroll to Wi-Fi Calling.

  5. Turn It Off

    • Toggle the Wi-Fi Calling switch to Off.
