1. Your Account and Your Vehicle

We care about keeping the app and our customers safe.

  • Do not share your account. Your account is only for you. If someone else uses your profile, we will ban you straight away.

  • Use the right vehicle. Only use the vehicle listed on your profile. If you change your vehicle, tell us before you take any jobs.

  • Keep your papers up to date. Make sure all your documents are valid at all times. This is very important for your Hire and Reward documents.

2. The Most Important Rule: Get It Right and Prove It

Getting the parcel there is only half the job. You also need to prove it arrived safely.

  • Check the address twice. Always check the address before you hand over the parcel. Delivering to the wrong place is a big mistake.

  • Take a good photo (Proof of Delivery). Your photo protects you. The best photo shows the parcel being handed over at the door. The house number or address should be easy to see behind it.

3. Planning Your Time

You will do well if you plan well.

  • Check the time before you accept. Look at the deadline first. Do not take a job if you cannot get there in time.

  • Protect the jobs you already have. Plan your route well. Do not take a new job if it makes you late for a job you are already doing.

  • Give the job back if you can't make it. If you know you will miss the deadline, give the job back straight away. Then another courier can take it. Note: this costs a fee. See Unassignment Fees for more.

  • Real emergencies. If a real emergency makes you late, tell support straight away. You must show proof and explain what happened.

4. Jobs That Are Already Late ("KPI Off")

Sometimes you will see jobs marked "KPI Off." This means the job is already late before you even pick it up.

  • The rule: If you take a late job, you cannot make it later. You must deliver it straight away.

  • Be sure first: If you cannot make this job your top job, do not take it.

  • Ask if you are not sure: Use chat to check the delivery time. Only take the job if the team tells you to go ahead.

5. Job Priority Levels

Jobs cost different amounts based on how urgent they are. You get paid based on the priority level you pick.

Priority Level

What It Means

What We Expect

Standard

We usually have more than 3 hours to deliver.

High Priority

Urgent delivery.

Usually needs delivering within a few hours. This depends on the distance.

Rush

Very urgent.

Usually delivered within 2 driving hours. This depends on the distance.

Direct

Special service.

As fast as Rush, but with NO STOPS between pick-up and drop-off. You cannot do other deliveries on this trip.
