1. Account Integrity & Vehicle Compliance

We take the security of our platform and our customers seriously.

  • No Account Sharing: Your account is for your use only. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Finding another person using your profile will result in an immediate ban.

  • Vehicle Registration: You must strictly use the vehicle registered to your profile. If you change vehicles, you must update your details with us before accepting jobs.

  • Updated Insurance: Ensure that all your documents especially your Hire and Reward Documents are updated and valid at all times

2. The Golden Rule: Accuracy & Proof of Delivery

Getting the package there is only half the job; proving it arrived safely is the other half.

  • Double-Check Addresses: Always verify the destination before handing over the parcel. Delivering to the wrong address is a critical failure.

  • Perfect PODs (Proof of Delivery): Your POD photo is your insurance. Ideally, the photo should show the handover at the door with the address/house number clearly visible in the background.

3. Managing Your Schedule & Deadlines

Your ability to plan determines your success on the platform.

  • Check Before You Accept: Before accepting a job, look at the deadline. Do not accept a job if you cannot realistically meet the time slot.

  • Protect Existing Jobs: Plan your route properly. Never accept a new job if it causes you to be late for a job you are already carrying.

  • Unassigning: If you realize you cannot make a deadline, unassign yourself immediately so another courier can take it. Note: Unassigning comes with a fee. Please refer to Unassignment Fees for details.

  • Emergencies: If a genuine emergency causes a delay, you must share proof and reasoning with support immediately.

4. Handling "KPI Off" (Delayed) Jobs

Occasionally, you may see jobs where the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) is already "Off." This means the job is already running late before you pick it up.

  • The Protocol: If you accept a job that is already delayed, you cannot delay it further. It must be delivered immediately.

  • Commitment: If you cannot prioritize this job, do not accept it.

  • Communication: If you are unsure, contact chat to confirm the ETA and only accept the job if the team explicitly asks you to proceed.

5. Understanding Job Priority Levels

Jobs are priced and classified based on urgency. You will be compensated according to the priority level you select.
