How this helps you
You can now track active incentives in the courier app, including boost, on-time bonus, and multi-job rewards.
How it works
Incentive discovery — When you are in a reward area (by location or home postcode), a progress card appears on your Profile showing the conditions, days remaining, client, and area.
Job offer — Jobs tied to an active incentive show a chip on the in-app notification.
Multi-job reward completion — Appears as its own entry in job history with the completion time and reward amount (not tied to a specific job).
Job detail (single rewards) — Shows the reward chip with the bonus amount (e.g. "On-time bonus +£1.50").
Bonus details — Tapping the multi-job reward entry shows a breakdown of all contributing jobs, each tagged with an "In [client] bonus" chip and its earnings.
Job completion — A reward chip appears on the job in job history.
