You now need to complete a quick face scan in the Gophr app every 24 hours to keep receiving job offers.
You'll never be cut off mid-job: when a scan is due, you get one hour to complete it.
How it works
Pass a face scan and go available. Your 24-hour timer starts.
After 24 hours, a banner appears with a 1-hour countdown. You still receive job offers during this hour.
When it's safe, tap the banner and complete the scan. Your timer resets to 24 hours.
Never scan while riding or driving. Pull over first.
If the hour runs out
You'll stop receiving job offers until you complete the scan. Tap the banner, pass the scan, and you're back online.
Why we're doing this
The Home Office requires Gophr to confirm every courier's Right to Work and check identity regularly.
