Change of plans? No problem! Tweak email addresses, delivery instructions, and job references until the courier is at your doorstep.
There are two ways to edit a delivery:
Via the job confirmation screen
By choosing the delivery you want to edit in either the 'Today' or 'Scheduled' tab in the left hand menu
Once you've selected 'EDIT JOB', choose to edit the Job Reference, or click on the pencil icon next to either the pickup or delivery details
Add or edit delivery instructions or personal details within the job
Click 'SAVE CHANGES' to update your details
To note: Once the item has been picked up / delivered, you will no longer be able to edit the details on that leg of the job.
