At pickup and delivery, you have 10 minutes to exchange parcels with your courier. If it takes longer, a fee will be charged to you.

These situations often lead to waiting time fees:

  • Loading or unloading heavy or large items

  • Spending time checking in and out of loading bays

  • Packages not being ready for pickup

  • Couriers waiting for access

So to avoid extra charges:

  • Check your ETA to know when the courier will arrive.

  • Prepare and label your parcels ahead of time.

  • If your building has a foyer, tell them about the parcel so the courier can get in.

  • If you're running late, contact your courier ASAP.

  • Double-check your address and provide correct contact info.

If you think you were unfairly charged for waiting time, drop us a message on Live Chat.
