What to do when your package arrives damaged or gets lost

If your package has arrived damaged or been lost, please get in touch with our sales team (sales@gophr.com). They will ask you to fill out a claims form to get more information and try to help resolve the issue for you.

Please note: Insurance up to £100 is included on every parcel you send with us, but if you're sending higher-value items, we'd suggest checking out our other insurance options.
