1. Asda

Asda is one of the UK’s largest supermarket chains. In 2021, Asda began their partnership with Gophr, giving customers access to their entire 30,000 grocery range for rapid, same day delivery. Asda x Gophr deliver orders direct from store to customer within 60 mins of pickup.

2. Co-op

Co-op is one of the UK's largest grocery shops. In 2020, Co-op partnered up with Gophr to offer a rapid delivery service.

3. Screwfix

Screwfix is the UK's largest retailer for trade tools and supplies. Last year they launched Screwfix Sprint - a rapid delivery service, powered exclusively by Gophr.

Delivery procedure

  1. Review and accept the order(s)

  2. Head to the pick up store

  3. Click ‘ARRIVED AT LOCATION’ on all orders

  4. Let the staff know you've arrived. Please be respectful of customers waiting. (If you need to wait for 10mins+ you’ll be paid waiting time - this will be closely monitored)

  5. Give staff the order numbers for each order (e.g Job details > Show all)

  6. When you have the packages mark them as ‘PICKED UP

  7. Deliver packages in the order recommended in the app - keep an eye on deadlines

  8. At each delivery address, mark ‘ARRIVED AT LOCATION’ and hand over to the recipient.

  9. You must ‘get proof of delivery’ & take a picture in-app. (DELIVERY DETAILS > DELIVERY CONSIGNMENT)

FAQs

Q: Going to be late?

A: Contact Gophr support then the customer and inform them of your estimated time arrival.

Q: Customer not in?

A: Call and text the customer. Try to wait up to 10 minutes. If no one is there to collect, contact Gophr support to arrange a return (you’ll be paid for the return journey)

Q: Order refused by the customer?

A: Contact support for a return journey to be created. You will be paid for the return. Please note return prices may be different.
