Buzzbike is an on-demand bike renting service.
How does it work?
At pickup (from customers)
Take two pictures of either-side of the bike.
Send these through to Buzzbike via this link.
Example below:
For each collection enter the full name of the customer and the bike number (BCC0XXXX). The full name can be added as a comment to the upload.
En route
Before continuing please remove the pedals where possible. You'll need a 15mm wrench or a pedal spanner. If you're unable to remove the pedals make sure the bikes are covered to avoid scratches.
Leave the key in the lock, with each bike. If you don't have a key, please make a note of this with the uploaded photos of the bike.
At pickup (from the warehouse)
Please collect these items:
Allen key
Charger (if applicable)
Welcome leaflet
Any additional items (e.g. a pump or Cateye Omni) will be listed on the job description.
Proof of delivery
When delivering to a customer, please take off any protective equipment from the bike.
When signing off the job, include the bike number in the delivery notes/recipient name.
Take one photo of the bike for proof of delivery and upload it to the app.
It is extremely important that you use captur to capture your photos.
On the final page of Captur, select delivery or collection, input the bike number and your name. It will look like this:

Include the bike number and customer name
When signing off the job on the Gophr app, include the bike number in the delivery notes/recipient name
Tell the customer that an email has been sent to them with lots of information that they can check out
