We value your time, and if you find yourself waiting for more than 10 minutes at the pick-up or delivery location, we've got you covered!

We'll pay you for every minute you wait after those initial 10 minutes.

How is waiting time payment calculated?

  • Waiting time charges vary based on factors like job value, vehicle type, and order type

  • Typically, you'll receive between 10-30p for each minute of waiting time after the first 10 minutes

How do I claim waiting time payment?

  1. Mark yourself as 'at pick up' or 'at delivery' in the app

  2. Select the order you've been waiting for
    ​

  3. Take a proof of collection or delivery

  4. The app will automatically recognise that you've been waiting

  5. To claim waiting time accurately, make sure you wait at the location the whole time

  6. Confirm your waiting time
    ​

  7. Select the reason for waiting and press 'Continue'

  8. Your waiting fee should now be added to the price of the job


πŸ›ŽοΈ A friendly reminder

It's important to be honest when making waiting time claims. You should only claim waiting time if you:

  • Wait at the pick up / delivery location at all times

  • Arrive within the pick up window, don't be early

  • Arrive within the delivery window, don't be late

  • Only mark yourself as arrived when physically arriving to the location
