A simplified way to calculate your metrics

Based on courier feedback, we have simplified the way we calculate your KPI score.

Your overall score is based on your last 28 days of work, and is a combination of 3 metrics:

  • % of jobs picked up/delivered on time

  • Customer rating

  • Average delay

Took some time off?

No need to worry. We won't be considering the days you haven't completed any work as a courier at Gophr, so they won’t have any impact on your metrics.

How to improve your overall score

  • Make sure you meet your pickup and delivery deadlines. This will have the most impact on your overall score.

  • Accept the jobs you will be able to complete on time, so keep an eye on your ETAs in the courier app.

  • Ask customers to give you feedback after completing a job.

  • Ring a customer if you might be delayed. This can increase your chances of receiving a positive feedback from them.

How does a high score help you

  • Good performers get access jobs first.

  • Happy customers are more likely to favourite you for their future jobs.
