To improve the chances of a successful delivery, please make sure your shipping address is as detailed as possible. Include information such as apartment or unit numbers, building names, floor numbers, gate codes, and any other helpful delivery instructions.
Additionally, multiple undelivered packages associated with your account may result in temporary pauses in your participation in Picky campaigns. This often occurs due to incorrect or outdated shipping addresses or contact information.

Head to 'My page' on the Picky App.
Click on 'Account information'
Scroll down to Shipping Information and tap on any row to edit the information.
Click 'Save' in the top right corner to save your changes.

If delivery issues occur despite having the correct shipping information, please wait for the product to arrive and then create and submit your content for approval. Once your content has been approved, you may publish it even if the original campaign deadline has already passed.
