GorillaDesk now offers a variety of color coding options to help differentiate and identify your jobs on your calendar AND in your work pool. This is extremely helpful when rearranging your jobs based off of proximity or service type.

You can color code:

  • Statuses (Alt+1)

  • Service Templates (Alt+2)

  • Zip Codes (Alt+3)

  • County (Alt+4)

To learn more about the different job statuses click here.

Click here to learn about our Work Pool Feature.

Service Templates:

Service template color coding will allow you to set a default color, associated with each template. To assign your colors:

  • Navigate to Settings > Services.

  • Click on the 'Color Code' for the corresponding template.

  • Choose the desired color and click 'Save'.

Once you've assigned your colors, you can head over to your Calendar view to see them in action. You can toggle the Service colors on using the drop down in the upper left corner of your calendar.

Alternatively, you can use the alt+2 short cut to enable service colors on your calendar.

Zip Code:

  • Enable color coding by zip code, using the drop down menu in the left corner of your Calendar

OR

  • Using the alt+3 shortcut

County:

  • Organize your job tiles by County, using the drop down menu in the upper left corner of your calendar

OR

  • By using the Alt+4 shortcut

Note: Job status, Zip, and County colors are predefined and cannot be reassigned.
