This tutorial will be on how to sync invoices and payments to your QB account. Once you've completed the initial setup, you're ready to begin syncing invoices and payments.

Invoices

The easiest way to sync your invoices to your QuickBooks Online account is from the All Invoices Report which can be found in the Reports tab in GorillaDesk.

The QuickBooks sync is not automated and will need to be synced manually.

To sync your invoices, you can click on the purple circle which will trigger GorillaDesk to send the invoice over to your QuickBooks account. After syncing, you should be able to find that invoice in your QuickBooks Online account.

Invoices can be synced manually or in batches.

Note: The batch sync limit is 99 invoices. If you need to sync more than 99 invoices, you will need to sync them in batches of 99.

Draft and Sent status invoices will be synced over as open invoices while Paid status invoices will sync into Payments in QuickBooks.

Payments

If you are syncing Draft and Sent invoices, you will need to sync over the payments once those invoices have been paid in GorillaDesk.

This can be done following the same steps listed above, but from the All Payments Report found in the Reports tab in GorillaDesk.
