Zapier allows you to connect and sync data between GorillaDesk and other products such as Calendly, Google Form, Sales Rabbit, and much more. Click here to learn about which apps are compatible with Zapier.

Triggers and Actions

Triggers and Actions are events that happen in the products you use. A trigger is an event in another product that will start a Zap, which pushes that information into GorillaDesk. That information is pushed into GorillaDesk as an Action

Connecting to your Zapier account

  1. Log in to Zapier here.

  2. Click on My Apps and search for GorillaDesk.

  3. Open GorillaDesk > Settings > Addons > Zapier > Copy Secret Key

  4. Paste the Secret Key in Zapier

Create a New Customer

Trigger

  1. Choose app & event

  2. Choose account

  3. Test Trigger

Once you have configured your trigger, and pull test data, you will set up your action.

Action

  1. Choose app & event

  2. Choose account

  3. Set up action and map the fields from your booking form with fields in GorillaDesk.

  4. Test Action

  5. Turn Zap on
