How-to customize your customer's messaging preferences.

The easiest way to quickly set up a customer's messaging preferences.

  1. From the desktop version of GorillaDesk start by selecting the customer's job on the calendar.

  2. Next, select the quick edit messaging preference icon next to the service location.

  3. You will then see a window to update the preferences.

You can also edit messaging preferences by:

  1. Go to the customer profile, and select the Account tab.

  2. Click the location name to edit the location.
