The easiest way to quickly set up a customer's messaging preferences.
From the desktop version of GorillaDesk start by selecting the customer's job on the calendar.
Next, select the quick edit messaging preference icon next to the service location.
You will then see a window to update the preferences.
You can also edit messaging preferences by:
Go to the customer profile, and select the Account tab.
Click the location name to edit the location.
Another easy way to change the messaging preference for multiple customers at once is to use the Global Override > Messaging option.
You will need to navigate to the Customers tab, select the customers that you want to apply the settings then
Go to the Customers tab.
Select the customers you want to update.
Click Global Override > Messaging.
Choose the desired messaging preference and click Save.
Confirm that you want to apply the new settings to the selected customers. Note that this action cannot be undone.
