As part of onboarding we will implement a technical site audit in order to recommended any improvements or areas that should be considered for future enhancement. Anything critical to resolve we will raise with you so that you can work with your developer to resolve, or our agency Studio Almond can provide support for you.

When it comes to UX and CRO audits, all Roadmap memberships include two reviews a year (1 every 6 months), and so part of the kick-off will include this work with a priority on home page, collection page, product page, and cart. You will receive in a google sheet a list of recommendations, priorities and time/cost to implement. The time frame for review and providing reports for both technical aspects and UX/CRO is between 5-10 working days.
