Grace Space Hypnotherapists offer a minimum of 4 sessions at a time. We strongly recommend that clients schedule their sessions no later than one week apart. This will allow for a compounding effect to take place within your subconscious mind.
Sessions do expire 30 days after the purchase date and do not roll over from month to month. Unused sessions are not refundable.
Can I do one session to see if I like it?
We feel that one session alone would actually be a false representation of the hypnotherapy sessions. For this reason we have a one month (4 session) booking minimum. This means you would sign up for the private session subscription where you will have one session per week for 4 weeks. Then by the end of the month if you feel that you no longer wish to continue with the subscription you can simply cancel at your convenience.
