How to Trade Safely in the Game

Our server has an exchange system that allows players to safely and conveniently make deals with each other. With it, you can transfer:

  • Real estate

  • Vehicles

  • Skins

  • Accessories

  • Items

  • Weapons

To exchange property, you need to go to the Notary Agency — that’s where safe property transfers between players take place. You can find it this way:

Menu → Navigator → Notary Agency → A route will be built to the nearest one


Types of Exchanges

  1. Item Exchange

  • Includes the transfer of skins, accessories, items, and weapons between players.

  • Available in any location.

2. Property Exchange

  • Allows transferring real estate (houses, apartments, businesses) and vehicles.

  • Available only at the Notary Agency.


How to Stay Safe During Exchanges

To reduce the risk of fraud and protect yourself during a deal, follow these safety measures:

  • Before starting the exchange, verify ownership:

    • Vehicles: ask the player to show the vehicle in-game, present the Vehicle Passport (PTS), and drive it to the Notary Agency.

    • Real Estate: make sure the player actually owns the house, apartment, suite, or business by visiting the property in person.

  • Before starting the deal in chat:

    • Clarify exactly what is being exchanged and for what.

    • Specify if there will be extra payment, who will provide it, and how it will be transferred.

    • Ideally, agreements should be made in the in-game chat, not in voice or social networks.

  • Record the entire process — from the start of negotiations to the end of the exchange:

    • Take screenshots, or better, record a screen video.

    • This is especially important if the other player tries to quit the game or avoid fulfilling their part of the deal.

    • Having proof will make it easier for administration to resolve the issue.


Examples of Fraud Attempts

Some players may try to trick you by faking the legitimacy of a deal. For example:

  • Instead of transferring money to your bank account, they may send an SMS imitating a bank message.

  • They may use RP commands like “Actions” or “Events” to create the illusion of payment.

Other fraud attempts include:

  • Substituting items, vehicles, or sums at the last second before pressing “Ready.”

  • Claiming they “cannot transfer property right now” and will “give it later.”

⚠️ Do not fall for this.
The exchange system allows multiple types of property and items to be transferred at once. There are no technical restrictions preventing a fair exchange.


What to Do if You Were Scammed?

If you still became a victim of fraud, you must file a complaint.
First, upload your screen recording to any video hosting service. This will help the administration review your case faster.

You can file a complaint in two ways:

Through the Game

  • Open Menu → Complaints

Through the Launcher

  • Launch the Grand Mobile launcher → Click Play → Select your server → Click Complaints
