If your application has been granted, you may be asked to submit a grant report. E.g. a breakdown of the use of the grant (receipts/notes), status of the project's progress or your admission letter regarding an exchange stay abroad.
❗The feature only applies if your application has been granted. If your application is still being processed but you need to send additional documentation to the grant administration, please contact the grant or Grant Compass. Read more about how to contact the grant administration here.
The grant report must be attached as a supplement to your submitted application.
Log in to your applicant profile in Grant Compass (use the same login as when you first applied) and go to "Applications" in the left menu. Click on the relevant application.
At the bottom of the application you will find the item "Documentation after approval". Click on "Add documentation" to attach the appendix. It is possible to attach one or several files. Accepted file formats are PDF, PNG or JPG/JPEG (for images, minimum 1000 pixels on each side).
When the attachments appear on the list of documents it's available to both you and the grant. The grant administration will automatically receive a notification by email that you have attached new documents to your application. However you are always welcome to contact the grant directly via the "Messages" tab at the top of your application if you want to notify them personally.
