When uploading a CSV with international phone numbers to Grayscale, you'll want to make sure the numbers are in E.164 format

"What the heck is that?" you ask. 🤔 Great question.

E.164 format in an international standard that allows phone calls and text messages to be correctly routed to individual phones across different countries.

E.164 numbers are formatted as:
[+] [country code] [subscriber number including area code]

Examples of E.164 Formatted Phone Numbers:

Sample US #: +14155552671
Sample UK #: +442071838750
Sample Brazil #: +551155256325

NOTE: There can be a a maximum of fifteen digits in an E.164 formatted phone number.

You'll want to make sure all the phone numbers in your CSV are formatted this way prior to uploading them to your Grayscale account, to ensure messages will be delivered to the right country!
