If you encounter SPAM or a candidate is sending inappropriate content, you can block a conversation from within the conversation view.
Blocking a Candidate
Click on the three vertical dots next to the Follow/Unfollow button
Click Block
Confirm that you want to block the conversation and you're all set!
Unblocking a Candidate
From the Inbox, click on My Inbox to see the Inbox filtering options
Choose Blocked
Click on the conversation you want to unblock
Click on the three vertical dots next to the Follow/Unfollow button
Click Unblock
Confirm that you want to unblock the conversation and you're back in action!
