If you're having trouble uploading your CSV, there could be a few issues causing this. 

The most likely culprit is the file format. 

To fix this, open up your file, click 'Save As', and select the format 'Comma Separated Values UTF'. Then upload your CSV and try again. 

Still having issues? Then read on. 

Sometimes, it can take a little while for a file to upload. This can be caused by a file being relatively large in size, or even by a high volume of requests on our end (in which case, your file might be in queue waiting to be processed).

There could also be another culprit preventing your CSV from loading. If there are special characters in the list you are trying to load it will not allow you to do so. (à á â ã ä å æ ā ă ą ǎ ǟ ǡ ǻ ⱥ b ƀ ḃ ƃ ḅ ḇ c ç ¢ ć ĉ č )

Usually there is one hidden in a long list of names phone numbers and emails.

What to do then?

Try only using names and phone numbers when you are uploading the list. Email addresses have a much higher rate of special characters and are not necessary for texting.

With just the names a phone numbers it becomes much easier to look through and find that sneaky character or two.
