Our browser extension allows you to use Grayscale without having to switch tabs or navigate away from your ATS. You get all the convenience of Grayscale, while still being able to work in your ATS.

If you don't have our browser extension, you can download it here. It works with Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Brave.

To use Grayscale's browser extension, first click on the 'g' tab on the side of the page to open the browser extension in a side panel. Alternatively, you could click the 'g' icon in the extensions tray of your browser, or right-click anywhere on the page and select "Open Grayscale" from the context menu.

The browser extension will remain displayed even if you change tabs. If you'd like to close it, you can click the 'X' in the top-right corner of the side panel, or you can click on the 'Close side panel' icon in the extensions tray to the right of the address bar.

If the Grayscale 'g' tab on the right-side of the page is in your way, you can reposition in by dragging it up or down on the page. It will remember the new position the next time you open the page!

If you open the browser extension while on a candidate's profile in your ATS, the extension will open up that candidate's conversation in Grayscale. If the candidate does not already have a conversation in Grayscale, it will open to a New Candidate page, with the Name, Cell Phone #, and Email Address already filled out, allowing you to simply click 'Save' to create the conversation.

To access your full inbox, click on the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) on the top right hand corner of the browser extension and select ‘Inbox’.
