Surveys

  • Surveys allow you to seamlessly survey your candidates at various points during your hiring process in order to track your candidate experience.

    We made these simple, 2 question, surveys that can be set up to trigger based on actions like: changing a candidate's stage in your ATS and rejecting or hiring a candidate.

  • You can customize what the questions say, but the answer types are not modifiable. There is one 0-10 response and one free response, you can also add in your company's logo for an extra personalized touch.

Reports

  • We track a few different metrics in Grayscale on the account level that you can see under this Reports tab.

  • Cold Response Rate - is the percentage of people who respond to the very first text you send. This gives you an idea of how well texts are working for you. Depending on your industry, we like to say anything between 25 and 45% is very healthy. Most people fall in the 30% range.

  • Cold Response Time- is the average amount of time it takes for candidates to respond to the very first text.

  • Messages sent - the amount of messages that have been sent out using Grayscale.

  • Conversations - is the total number of unique conversations with candidates.

  • We track all of those same metrics on the user level, across your team, and for your Automations.
