Welcome to Grayscale!
We are a texting and automation platform to text candidates and automate a high-touch candidate experience.
After this training concludes, you will receive a Welcome Email with your login details. Once you activate your account and create a password, open up https://app.gograyscale.com/ to go to the Grayscale dashboard.
In this training we'll be going to go over our Desktop Version and the main features you'll be utilizing. The talent pool, 1-1 messaging which you can do from a candidate's profile or directly in your inbox, and bulk messaging which is sending the same message to multiple candidates at once.
