If your company is utilizing a Single Sign-On, or SSO, getting logged into Grayscale just got even easier!
Whether you're using the Grayscale Chrome extension or working from the Grayscale Desktop app, you'll want to log in here.
From the Chrome Extension
Logging in with SSO should be done from the Desktop App to avoid losing your place within your ATS.
Open a new tab or window
You'll be directed to this log in screen, all you have to do is enter your company email address, check the "Remember my Username" box (which makes it even easier to login, subsequently), click "Login via SSO", and you should be good to go 😎
From the Grayscale Desktop App
If you are navigating directly from app.gograyscale.com, be sure to click on "Sign in with SSO" beneath the login portal to get to the correct login screen as shown above.
And just like that, you're in!
Troubleshooting your SSO login
If you're having trouble logging in with SSO, here are some things you can do to troubleshoot:
Make sure you're entering your company email address in full
ex. yourname@
