Admins now have the ability to choose which SAP SuccessFactors job stages appear in Bulk Messaging and Automations.
Pipeline
The Status Sets listed in your Grayscale ATS Integration directly correspond to your SAP SuccessFactors Applicant Status Configuration.
Job Stages
Edit the job stages associated to this pipeline by dragging to reorder, and checking which areas of Grayscale you'd like the stage to appear in for your recruiters to use inside the app. You can also add a new job stage at any time!
Enabling & Disabling Stages
As a Grayscale Admin, you have the ability to decide which job stages your recruiters can create Automations and Bulk Messages for.
Follow these steps to enable or disable certain stages:
Go into Grayscale Settings
Click on ATS Integration
Select the Status Set you'd like to make changes to
Select or deselect the stages for Automations and/or Bulk Messages
