Getting Started with Grayscale

Video Transcript

0:00 – Hey there, welcome to Grayscale. We're a texting and automation platform that allows you to text candidates and automate a high-touch candidate experience, all from within SAP Success Factors.

0:11 – You'll be able to text candidates through Grayscale and communicate with them a lot faster. We typically see it takes candidates anywhere from a few hours to a few days to respond to an email, but a text is closer to a 10 minute window and allows you to reach out to candidates as quickly as possible

0:26 – There are so many benefits to texting, which we'll go over in this training. After this training concludes, you'll receive a welcome email from your customer success manager outlining how to activate your account, download our Chrome extension, and more.

0:39 – First things first, follow the link to log into your account or activate your account. Next up, download our Chrome extension, which is the main way you'll utilize Grayscale and works in both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

0:51 – It lives on the right hand side of your screen, and all you need to do is click on it, and it'll pop open and immediately take you to the Grayscale dashboard.

0:59 – Today, we're really going to be talking about three main features of grayscale, one-to-one messaging which you can do from a candidate profile or directly in your inbox, bulk messaging which is sending the same message to multiple people at once, then automations.

1:13 – Follow the link below to move on to our next training video, one-to-one texting.
