Adding a Nudge in a Bulk Message
Craft your message body
Under Follow-up (if unresponsive) click + Add nudge
Add up to 3 nudges and you're good-to-go!
Canceling Nudges in Bulk Messages
You can add, edit, or remove nudges to your bulk message at anytime before it's scheduled to be sent out. Once the initial bulk message is sent, there is no way to edit upcoming nudges.
If you need to delete or cancel nudges on a Bulk Message that has been sent:
Update the Bulk Message filter options to find the appropriate message
Click on the three vertical dots to the right of the message
Click Cancel Nudges
Done! Any pending nudges associated with your Bulk Message have now been canceled 🎉
