Adding a Nudge in an Automation
Adding a Nudge to an automation is just as quick and easy as adding one to a Bulk Message. Follow the steps below to get started!
Craft your message body
Under Follow-up (if unresponsive) click + Add nudge
Add up to 3 nudges and you're good-to-go!
Canceling Nudges in Automations
There are two ways to remove nudges from an Automation:
Edit the Automation
From the Automation dashboard, click on the three vertical dots to the right of the automation
Click Edit
Remove all nudges
Click Save
From the Automation dashboard
Click on the down arrow to reveal the automation's details
Click Cancel Nudges
Confirm that you want to cancel and click Cancel Nudges again
You're all set! Your automation will no longer send any nudges 🎉
