What is Call Forwarding?
Call Forwarding allows you to redirect incoming calls to the Grayscale number you've been texting them from, directly to your phone. Whether you're away from your computer, on the road, or your candidate has a delicate question to ask, Call Forwarding turns your texting-only line into a texting and voice line π
How Does it Work?
Call Forwarding can only receive inbound calls, you will not be able to call a candidate from Grayscale.
This feature is only compatible with US to US phone numbers
The call is forwarded to the user who was most recently active in the conversation
Admins are not able to set a central calling number, each user must configure their own call forwarding number
Admins will need to switch this feature on for your organization
