Why can't I see the Grayscale icon in my ATS anymore?
Occasionally, an automatic browser update may cause your Grayscale chrome extension to seemingly disappear. The Grayscale 'g.' icon won't appear on the side of the page. The good news is that this is very easy to fix. We just need to remove the extension and then reinstall it. Follow the steps below!

Removing and Reinstalling the Chrome extension
Click the three dots in the upper-right corner of your browser
Go to Extensions
Click on Manage Extensions
Locate the Grayscale | Conversational Recruiting extension and click the Remove button
Open a new browser tab, paste the following url into it, and press Enter on your keyboard
Click the Add to Chrome button
Note: It's better to copy and paste the url instead of clicking the link, just in case this browser is not set as your default browser.
That's it! Once you refresh or close and reopen the browser, the Grayscale icon should once again appear!
