We are happy to announce our new browser extension! While there are many visible differences between it and the original browser extension, we believe you will find this to be a much more useful and powerful tool!

Note: Because of new requirements and restrictions by Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, there is no way of opting out of the update.

How do I update?

Not to worry, the update will be pushed automatically to you!

Once the update is pushed to you, the browser may disable the extension automatically due to the changes.

Here's how you can re-enable the extension:

Enabling in Google Chrome

  1. Click the 3 vertical dots to open the Chrome menu

  2. Go to Extensions

  3. Click on Manage Extensions

  4. On the extensions page, find "Grayscale | Conversational Recruiting"

  5. Click the toggle to enable the extension

Pin the Extension

Now that the extension has been enabled, follow these next steps to pin it to the extensions tray:

  1. Left-click the puzzle-piece icon in the extensions tray to open a list of your active extensions

  2. Left-click the Pin icon to pin the extension so that it shows up in the extensions tray

An added bonus!

If you'd rather your Grayscale extension live on the left side of your window, instead of the right, you can update your settings by following the steps outlined in our article How do I move the extension?

Enabling in Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the 3 horizontal dots to open the menu

  2. Click on Extensions

  3. Click Manage Extensions

  4. On the extensions page, find "Grayscale | Conversational Recruiting"

  5. Click the toggle to enable the extension

Pin the Extension

Now that the extension has been enabled, follow these next steps to display it in the extensions tray:

  1. Left-click the puzzle-piece icon in the extensions tray to open a list of your active extensions

  2. Left-click the Show in toolbar icon to display the extension in the extensions tray
