Elevating your experience with Green Nation is just a few taps away. Upgrading to a plan that better suits your financial and environmental goals is simple and straightforward. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Access Your Profile: Begin by opening the Green Nation app and tapping on the 'Profile' icon. You'll find this in a convenient location within the app.

  2. Navigate to Your Plan: Within your profile, select the 'Your Plan' option. This is where you can view your current plan and explore other available options.

  3. Choose to Upgrade: Tap on 'Upgrade'. Here, you will see a range of plans that Green Nation offers, each designed to cater to different needs and preferences.

  4. Select Your Preferred Plan and Billing Period: Carefully review the features and benefits of each plan. Once you find the one that aligns with your needs, select it and choose your preferred billing period – monthly or annual.

Upgrading The Monthly Plan:

  • When you choose to upgrade from your current monthly plan, the change will take effect at your next month’s billing date.

  • Your account will be charged for the new subscription rate at this time, aligning with the enhanced benefits and features of your upgraded plan.

Upgrading The Annual Plan:

  • If you're on an annual plan, upgrading is immediate. You don’t have to wait until the end of your current billing cycle to start enjoying the benefits of your new plan.

  • Upon upgrading, your account will be promptly refunded for any unused portion of your existing annual subscription. This ensures that you only pay for what you use, and the transition is financially efficient and transparent.
