If you are considering closing your account with Green Nation, we offer the option to downgrade to a free Standard plan instead. This allows you to continue enjoying our services without the full extent of your current plan's commitments.
Should you decide to proceed with account termination, please follow these requirements:
Update Your App: Ensure you have the latest version of the Green Nation app installed.
Clear Every Currency Account: Withdraw or transfer all funds from your currency accounts.
Clear Your Vaults: Empty any funds or assets held in your Green Nation Vaults.
Downgrade to Standard Plan: Switch your current plan to our free Standard plan.
Ensure No Pending Transactions or Active Subscriptions: Verify that all transactions are completed and no active subscriptions remain.
No active Green Nation youth account : Ensure there are no active accounts for users under 18 linked to your profile.
Resolve Any Open Chargeback Requests: Make sure any chargeback requests are fully settled.
To initiate the termination, navigate to Profile → Account → Close Account in the app.
Once you complete these steps, we will process your account closure. You will receive a confirmation of closure once the process is complete.
Please note, in compliance with regulatory and anti-money laundering laws, Green Nation retains your data for a period of 5 years post-account closure. This is to ensure adherence to legal standards and maintain our commitment to responsible financial practices.
