How do I downgrade my plan?

Changing or downgrading your plan with Green Nation is a straightforward process, allowing you to adapt your subscription to better fit your current needs. Here’s a guide on how to manage your plan:

To Change Your Plan:

  1. Access Profile: Start by tapping on the 'Profile' icon in the Green Nation app.

  2. Select Your Plan: Then, choose 'Your Plan' to view your current subscription details.

  3. Manage Plan: Click on the 'Manage' option.

  4. Change Plan: From there, select 'Change Plan' to explore and select a new plan that aligns with your preferences.

To Downgrade to the basic Plan:

  1. Navigate to Your Plan: Go to 'Profile', then 'Your Plan'.

  2. Plan Management: Click on the 'Manage' option.

  3. Initiate Downgrade: Choose 'Change Plan', then select 'Downgrade to Standard'.

Important Considerations for Plus and Premium Plans:

  • Annual Payment: If you’re on an annual payment schedule, remember to initiate the downgrade at least one month before the end of your annual contract. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current subscription period.

  • Monthly Payment: For those on a monthly payment schedule, terminating the plan within the first 10 months will incur a break fee. Your account will remain on the current plan until the next rolling month. If you cancel in the 11th month, your subscription will not auto-renew for the following year.

Downgrade Fees:

  • Plus Plan: £9.98

  • Premium Plan: £19.98

Post-Downgrade: After downgrading, your plan-specific card will still be functional, but the associated perks of your previous plan will no longer be available.
