In cases of unsatisfactory goods or services, flight and hotel cancellations, or incorrect charges, your first course of action should be to contact the merchant directly for a refund. This is often the quickest way to resolve the issue and get your money back.
Filling Out a Chargeback Form:
If the merchant is unable to assist you and the transaction is completed, you have the option to initiate a chargeback through Green Nation. Here’s how:
Go to your transaction history in the Green Nation app and select the relevant payment.
Tap on ‘Get help’ and choose the option that best describes your issue.
If your issue qualifies for a chargeback, a ‘Submit Chargeback Form’ button will appear. Click on this to begin the process.
