When dealing with pending payments or unsatisfactory transactions with Green Nation, here are the steps you can follow to ensure the issue is resolved efficiently:

  1. Pending Payments:

    • If your payment is in a pending state, don't worry. Your funds will be automatically returned to your account once the hold period set by the merchant expires.

  2. Refund for Unsatisfactory Goods/Services or Cancellations:

    • In cases of unsatisfactory goods or services, flight and hotel cancellations, or incorrect charges, your first course of action should be to contact the merchant directly for a refund. This is often the quickest way to resolve the issue and get your money back.

  3. Filling Out a Chargeback Form:

    • If the merchant is unable to assist you and the transaction is completed, you have the option to initiate a chargeback through Green Nation. Here’s how:

      • Go to your transaction history in the Green Nation app and select the relevant payment.

      • Tap on ‘Get help’ and choose the option that best describes your issue.

      • If your issue qualifies for a chargeback, a ‘Submit Chargeback Form’ button will appear. Click on this to begin the process.
