Logging in to GreenCast Connect

The GreenCast Connect app allows users to access real-time sensor data and manage their turf and soil health efficiently. Follow the steps below to log in and customize your experience.

1. Downloading the App

The GreenCast Connect app is available for download on both major app stores:

  • iOS Users – Download from the App Store.

  • Android Users – Download from the Google Play Store.

Once downloaded, open the app to begin the login process.


2. Logging In

On the login screen, you have multiple options to sign in:

  • Apple Sign-In – Use your Apple ID for a seamless login experience.

  • Google Sign-In – Log in quickly using your Google account.

  • Continue with Email – Enter your email and password to access your account.

If you are a new user, you may need to create an account before proceeding.

Important Note for Current Spiio Live Users:

  • If you already have a Spiio Live account, DO NOT create a new account in GreenCast Connect.

  • Instead, log in with your existing credentials to maintain access to your current data, devices, and Pro-tier benefits.

  • If you have trouble logging in, contact customer support for assistance.


3. Setting Language Preferences

Before logging in, you can choose your preferred language from the options available:

  • English (Default)

  • Spanish

  • French

  • Japanese

To change the language, select your preferred option from the login screen before proceeding.


4. Choosing Light or Dark Mode

GreenCast Connect also allows you to select your display preference:

  • Light Mode – A standard bright interface.

  • Dark Mode – A darker theme designed for low-light conditions.

This can be adjusted directly on the login page for a more personalized experience.
