Managing Billing

Before purchasing, we recommend contacting your local Certified Syngenta Distributor, as many distributors may offer 5% off GreenCast Connect subscriptions and Spiio soil sensors.


Managing Payment & Billing Details

  • Once at GreenCastConnect.com, click Login at the top of the page, then choose Account Management from the dropdown menu (top-right)

  • Log in to your organization (must be an owner)

  • Here you can:

    • Update your payment method (credit card, bank details, etc.).

    • Download invoices for your records.

    • Change billing contact information if necessary.

    • Upgrade your Organization to Advanced or Pro + Spiio Soil Sensors


Subscription Changes & Renewal

  • If you upgrade your plan to the Advanced tier at GreenCastConnect.com, changes will take effect immediately after you close and refresh the app.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless manually canceled through the billing portal.

  • You can review the next billing date and plan details at any time.


Cancel Subscription

Visit GreenCastConnect.com, at the top right corner select Login → Account Management and select your organization:

  • Select Manage Your Subscription in your organization's homepage.

  • Next to your current subscription plan there will be an option to Cancel Subscription.

    • Select Cancel Subscription.

  • Your subscription will be canceled, but is still available until the end of your billing period.

    • If you change your mind, you can renew your subscription.

How to Access Support in the App:

  1. Open the GreenCast Connect app.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Select Customer Service.

  1. Go to Settings.
