How to Leave Feedback

Providing feedback is essential for improving your experience with GreenCast Connect. Whether you have suggestions, need assistance, or want to review past conversations, you can easily communicate with customer support through the app.

1. Accessing the Feedback & Support Section

To leave feedback or contact customer support:

  1. Log in to the GreenCast Connect app.

  2. Navigate to the Settings tab (βš™οΈ).

  3. Scroll down to Customer Service.

  4. From here, you can contact customer support for assistance or provide feedback.


2. Leaving Feedback with the AI Agent

The AI agent allows you to quickly share feedback or get automated support:

  1. Type your feedback or describe your issue.

  2. The AI agent will provide suggested solutions or collect your input.

  3. If further assistance is needed, you can request to speak with a live agent.


3. Reviewing Past Conversations & Rating Support

If you want to revisit previous conversations or rate your experience:

  1. In the Customer Service section, tap on Messages to view past chats.

  2. Select a conversation to review details.

  3. After your issue is resolved, you will have the option to rate your experience and provide additional feedback.
